What are the requirements?

You need an active B2B client base (HR, safety, or compliance focused). No specialized medical or lab background is required.

Do I have to handle billing or compliance?

No. LTS manages all medical reviews (MRO), chain of custody paperwork, federal formatting (DOT/SAMHSA), and applicant credit card billing. You act as the software/portal provider.

CSM-managed vs. self-managed — what's the difference?

If you want us to handle client onboarding and daily support queries, choose CSM-managed (25% revenue share). If you prefer to manage the relationship yourself, choose Self-managed (40% revenue share).
